en el sur de Chile, concretamente en la región de Los Ríos, bajando por unos rápidos en kayak, quedó atrapada en una cascada y se ahogó. Antes de ser ranimada, tuvo una increíble experiencia cuando fue llevada al Cielo por unos seres espirituales llenos de luz. "En ese momento mi cuerpo fue liberado y comenzó a tambalearse. Sentí un "pop". Era como si por fin me hubiera sacudido de mi pesada capa exterior, liberando mi alma. Emergí hacia arriba saliendo del rio y, cuando mi alma cortó la superficie de aquel, me encontré con un grupo de quince a veinte almas que me saludaron con la alegría más inmensa que haya experimentado jamás".
